How old do I have to be to get pierced?

Any reputable body piercer will insist that you be 18yrs. For most body Piercings, But, 16 is acceptable for some of the minor ones, only with a parent or guardian present. i.e. Nose, Ear Lobe, Navel. Many countries view the piercing of minors an offence and can use other laws regarding the protection of minors to enforce it.

What may prolong the healing process?

There are many reasons for a piercing to take longer to heal than the recommended time. Poor Health, Bad Diet, Run Down, Over Worked and lack of personal Hygiene. All people are different and therefore take longer to heal even in good health.

Does it hurt?
Most Piercings hurt a small bit, but only for the time it takes to perform them. Some Piercings obviously hurt more than others, but only for a short time.
Will it hurt afterwards?

All Piercings will have some tenderness afterwards but usually this is only for a few days.

Will it bleed?

Usually bleeding is minimal if any at all. Most piercings performed correctly and with the right size needle will not bleed. There is always an exception to the rules. Most male genital piercings in the gland will bleed a little, this is normal.

How long will my piercing take to do?
The majority of piercings will only take 10 - 15 min. to do, but, more difficult ones can take a little longer.
Dutch Courage
We will not pierce anyone that has been drinking or smoking the funny stuff before they come in. This will not help you, it will only make you worse. Congratulate yourself afterwards.
